Payment is made via Credit or Debit card. The first month is our $250 introductory offer to Semaglutide.    This is a one-time payment.  The first month is the acclimation period to the maintenance dose of 2.5mg of Semaglutide. If you choose recurring payments, you will be billed monthly on the same day, each month that you made your initial payment of $300 for 4 months. If you choose to pay month to month your payment will be $300 each month and you are responsible for reordering. After the first cycle is finished you will begin the second cycle. You well at that time enroll into the second cycle with a subsequent blood exam (no cost to you). A new form will be sent via email requesting permission to be billed monthly for $300 until you have reached your weight loss goals and discontinue the program, or 68 weeks at which time we will need to reevaluate your condition. If you choose month to month the payment will be $300 each month and you will be responsible for reordering. You may also choose to pay either a recurring payment or month by month, whichever is best for you.
