Refunds

Payment is made via Credit or Debit card. If you choose recurring payments, you will be billed monthly on the same day, each month that you made your initial payment for 4 months. After the first 4 months You will then be given the option to reenroll. If you choose to pay Month to Month you will be responsible for making your payment each month and you are likewise responsible for reordering. After the completion of the first 4 months, You will at that time be given the option to reenroll into the Integrity Medical Weight Loss Program with a subsequent blood exam (no cost to you). A new form will be sent via Email requesting if you wish recurring or Month to Month payment. If you choose month to month payment, Once Again you will be responsible for reordering. You may also choose to pay either a recurring payment or Month to Month, whichever is best for you.
