Payment is made upon placing your order.  Once order is placed you will be sent a medical questionnaire to determine health status. If for any reason there is a contraindication to being prescribed your medication, or if a lower dose is indicated, your payment or difference in price will be refunded immediately.  Any cancellation must be made before your prescription is placed.  Once prescription is placed all sales will be final no exceptions.
