Refunds

Once medication is ordered refunds are not possible.  There are no exceptions.  If for some reason the Questionnaire or Consultation show a contraindication to prescribing, you will be informed by email. Your Payment will be returned to you in full via payment method you chose. If you choose recurring payment you must cancel 10 days before you prescription is ordered no exceptions.
